AI tools still can't translate the emotion

We are living in a world where we have advanced technology and technology is helping us to make our life easier and more comfortable. Things that were difficult in the past are not difficult for us at the present time as we have technology to assist us. It’s the same for communication also. Now it says that with the help of AI tools, communicating with anyone has become smooth and we can communicate with anyone without knowing other languages.

In the past, most of the people used to know only one language, and when we went outside, language became a barrier for us. We didn’t know the foreign language, and learning another language was not an easy task either. In the past, we needed to learn a foreign language for communication, and most of us prefer the English language as it’s the international language, and in every country It’s a common language to communicate. But now we are living in the era of AI.

Now there are lots of AI tools that can help us to translate the language immediately. So, even without knowing the language, we can communicate with others easily but for that we need a device that connects with the internet. I think carrying a smartphone is very natural an, so the device is not something that is something that is concerning but for somehow the device faces any issue, we are bound to doomed but such a thing happen is rare case and not so concerning. So many people may think that in the digital world we don’t need to learn any other language.

To be honest, I think it’s ok for other languages but for the English language, I feel it’s not ok. I agree that AI tools, as well as software are capable enough to assist us to communicate with others but It’s only applicable for the basic conversation. For the deep or detailed conversation AI tools are not ready yet and using the AI tools we can’t go though a fluent conversation as we need to give break each time for translating. That’s not the only issue.

Even if AI tools are capable of translating everything but it can’t translate human emotions through words. Let me explain with one simple example. Don’t worry, I will share a simple one. Suppose for a reason I became angry and with angry tune I can say what!! It represents anger of mine. Again, if I don’t understand a thing I simply ask what which is representing that I am asking again. I think depending on how we say “What” mean differently. I think that the AI tools can’t differentiate from them as they don’t have emotions.

For heart-to-heart conversation we need to communicate with others properly and emotions play a great role and how we speak I mean our tune matters a lot. So, If we think that just because we have AI tools, we don’t need to learn new language is not a good idea. For a good or better conversation, we can’t be dependent on the AI tools. Only for basic conversation can I think it’s ok to depend on AI tools. In fact, I think we can use the AI tools to learn the language. At least, it can assist us to learn another language faster.
