It Is Actually Supposed To Be A Continuous Process

Greetings to everyone in this community and beyond. Hope the year is going on as planned? We are left to imagine what the world will be if everything is to be in order. The world we are living in today is full of leaders who care about what they will gain from the people rather than what they have to offer.

This is a real issue that is facing us in our world today. Then coming to say that we have leaders who just agreed to do things in the right way, not caring about what they will gain; they are all out to give that top-notch directive and make the whole system work. Truth be told, getting to this level will not be an easy thing. I know it will take stepping on many tiles and sacking many from their milk-producing position.This is a true live story that I have firsthand information about. A particular congregation has all the investments you can think of, which makes many people hunger and find the way to lobby their way through.

One funny thing is that things don't go so well, and the investments don't serve the congregation because of lack of management.One president was sent to the location not too long ago, and things began to change to the point that people wonder what magic he has used. Now everyone wants him to remain and continue with the good work. All these I said to bring a point: any good that happens came to be as a result of someone's or some persons' sacrifice. As long as this earth and heaven remain, seedtime and harvest, summer and winter, and the rest won't come to an end; this is according to the Holy Book.

So, we need to keep working, and our children, when it comes to their own turn, will do their own part too because it is a continuous process, and we continue until the day we breathe our last. I have come to see many people who failed to put in their best in a system; theirs is just to enjoy another man's labor and go their way. Most times before they get transferred off of that location, the places become worse instead of becoming better.

This scenario plays out mostly in the government setting; in this place people feel that they just have to act the way they wish, as the government has all it takes to fund its establishments. This is the reason why many government offices are a shadow of what they should be. Take a look at the post office; many people do not know that the post office is still functioning to date. I am leaving a testament because regularly I make use of it to send and receive items from different parts of the country.

As a way of conclusion, we should do our best in every place we find ourselves so that we will have a good place for ourselves and those who will come behind.
