The Agenda Of Stamping Out Over Population

We speak of over population often and how the economy is not in favour of anyone yet as of 2025 globally from statistics, the world records approximately 362,437 births daily. This simply means that 15, 102 birth per hour and for every minute, 252 birth and a total of 132 million birth annually from the 2024 data. you know what? sometimes I wonder if we are truly feeling the heat of the economy because kudos to my beloved country for ranking the number three position on the highest births chart.

True children are heritage from God and bless Africa where we see children as a source of wealth, true. A good number of us believe the more we produce kids, it increases our chances of getting richer or let me say children are means of poverty elevation in the home hence the continuous births. With the aim to curb over population, family planning came to existence but it's no longer news that a lot of women run from it due to its unpleasant reactions to their bodies. Some bleed for months while others become so weak recovery becomes slow. I heard an influencer speaks about how after birthing her two children and wants to go for a break, went for family planning implant for few years but unfortunately after the removal conceiving became an issue that when worst get to worst she had to opt for surrogacy because of her desire for so many children. I won't deny that this has not benefited some women although one of the easiest ways to control birth but I believe there are other ways to do this by using protection and the rest but then I have heard some couples call it a sin. 😂

Now giving birth to children I will say is not even much more the problem here but then not being able to cater for them is the big issue. A lot of children are roaming the streets not because they don't have families but that their families can't take care of them hence they have to be on the streets so as to survive. And now that the economy keeps getting worse, it has become so bad.
Probably because a lot of us believe this economy won't get better soon, you even find some who are willing to control birth so as to be able to provide for their families not because they want to but they have too.

Now the government providing incentives is a brilliant idea to control birth and take good care of the children but the issue is
Will the citizens abide by the rule? One thing humans are known for is breaking rules hence when they know that they get something from the government and the burden on them now is lessened a lot would want to produce as many children as they want making the effect to be an evenly rapid increase in population.
