Goals: How Was My Performance Throughout the Year

Just like every year, we create great expectations about various things and desires that we try to achieve throughout the twelve months, but things don't always happen the way we want, do they? It's the same for me, and I had so many plans and goals that I unfortunately had to leave behind, and others, no matter how hard I try, I won't achieve due to the very little time left in December.
Sometimes our goals may seem so close, but laziness or even wrong choices end up distancing us from our plans. It's incredible that a year can seem like a long time, but as the months go by, before we know it, it's the end of December. We really need a lot of focus and persistence to actually achieve our goals, whether they are financial, romantic, professional, or whatever you've already set.
Health issues I need to improve; I have a thyroid problem, and in the city where I'm living there isn't a specialist to see my situation. So I'll have to wait until after the end-of-year holidays to get a referral to an endocrinologist. Living in a small town has its advantages, but there are also disadvantages that prevent you from having or doing certain things that you could easily do in a big city.
Unmet Goals in the Hive Ecosystem
Out there, we have so many goals, don't we? It's no different on Hive, and many users end up sharing their goals to achieve them even before the end of December. It's great to see close friends achieving their goals, and even better when they surpass them, but to be honest, it's very frustrating for me that I can't. External reasons kept me away from Hive for a few months, and that significantly impacted my performance.
I had a goal of reaching 5,000 HP by the end of December; I remember that promise well, so much so that link to that promise. This is the second year in a row that I haven't been able to complete it, but that won't make me give up. Recently I had to change my strategy to grow my account, and so far it's yielding very positive results.
In addition, my curation reward is satisfactory, but I need to average between 4 and 5 HP per day. Therefore, adding that to the content I share, I will have a significant increase in HP. I know I'm not setting impossible goals, as what hindered me were some problems I had throughout the year, but I know that regardless of the time I have left, I can't reach the goal, but I'm happy with the amount I have now, which is 3,504 HP.
Therefore, may next year bring me more persistence in my goals and may focus be my guiding principle. May random issues or personal problems not shake me, so that I can achieve, if not all, at least my main objectives, both in the real world and in the crypto universe, especially on Hive.

Assim como em todos os anos, criamos uma grande expectativa sobre várias coisas e desejos que tentamos almejar ao longo dos doze meses, mas nem sempre acontece do jeito que a gente quer, não é mesmo? Comigo é a mesma coisa e tive tantos planos e metas que infelizmente tive que deixar para trás e outras, por mais que eu me esforce, não vou conseguir devido ao pouquíssimo tempo que resta em dezembro.
Às vezes nossos objetivos podem estar tão perto, mas a preguiça ou mesmo escolhas erradas acabam fazendo a gente estar mais afastados dos nossos planos. É incrível que um ano possa parecer bastante tempo, mas quando os meses vão passando e quando menos percebemos, já é final de dezembro. Realmente precisamos ter bastante foco e persistência para conseguirmos de fato realizar nossos objetivos sejam financeiros, amorosos, profissional ou sei já lá o que você determinou antes.
Questões de saúde eu preciso melhorar, tenho problema de tireóide e na cidade onde estou morando não existe um especialista para ver a minha situação. Então vou ter que esperar esse período de festividade de fim de ano para eu conseguir fazer um encaminhamento para um endocrinologista. Viver em uma cidade pequena tem suas vantagens, mas também existem desvantagens que te impedem de você poder ter ou fazer certas coisas que em uma cidade grande facilmente conseguiria.
Metas Não Cumpridas no Ecossistema Hive
Lá fora, a gente tem tantas metas, não é mesmo? No Hive não é diferente e aqui muitos usuários acabam divulgando suas metas para conseguir realizar até mesmo antes do final de dezembro. É muito legal ver amigos próximos conseguindo bater suas metas e melhor ainda quando ultrapassam, mas sendo sincero, para mim é muito frustrante eu não conseguir. Motivos externos me fizeram ficar de fora do Hive por alguns meses e isso comprometeu bastante meu desempenho.
Eu tinha uma meta de chegar a 5,000 HP até o final de dezembro, lembro bem dessa promessa que fiz tanto é que estar aqui essa promessa. Esse é o meu segundo ano seguido que não consigo concluir, mas isso não vai me fazer desistir. Recentemente tive que mudar minha estratégia para poder crescer minha conta e por enquanto está dando resultado bem positivo.
Além disso, minha recompensa de curadoria está satisfatória, mas preciso ter uma média entre 4 a 5 HP por dia. Assim, somando com os conteúdos que eu compartilhar, terei um aumento significativo de HP. Sei que não estou estipulando metas impossíveis, pois o que me atrapalhou foram alguns problemas que tive ao longo do ano, mas sei que independente do tempo que me resta e não posso bater a meta, mas estou feliz pela quantidade que tenho agora que é de 3,504 HP.
Portanto, que o próximo ano eu consiga ter mais persistência nos meus objetivos e que o foco seja o meu norte. Que assuntos aleatórios ou problemas pessoais não possam me abalar e assim eu consiga realizar se não todos, mas ao menos meus principais objetivos tanto no mundo real quanto no universo cripto, em especial no Hive.
