Yes that is an advantage of having a good sleep
It is just as if i am reading about myself cos that is just me too! the phone is the last thing i check before sleeping and once i wake up, also the first thing pick, no doubt we have become addicted to itπ
I sleep really late and have to wake up quite early
This is unhealthy dear, even though i do the same thing but i find a time to balance it by sleeping during the day, but it doesn't seem like you take nap in the day, you should try and be doing that because sleeping late and waking up early can deteriorate your body system... the recommended time to sleep is 8 hours, it doesn't have to be at once but make sure you complete it either 4 to 5 hours in the night and the remaining hours during the day
We've become really addicted but it's not really our fault, is it?
We either have to work on catch up on certain things.
I think I have a long standing conflict with sleep. Actually, I suffer insomnia but I am trying tho.
Like you said, it's all about balance. We'll do better.
