Equal Education Rights For All Genders - No Limits, No Bias

A lot has changed in the educational system of my country; gone are those days when parents thought that sending their female children to school was a waste of time and money.

They believed that since they would end up getting married and be tied down with responsibilities of taking care of their home[husband and children], then no point in sending them to school, but things are different now.

Females no longer believed that their life should end in the kitchen, they have dreams beyond the kitchen and would do anything to achieve it, those children who were deprived of that life grown into adult and demands a change, they do not want the same choice that was taken away from them to happen to their children so they fought that battle for their kids by sending them to school and all needed is one person to start something before others take the path once they realize it is good.

Back in those days, men did the work while women stayed at home to take care of the children, but nowadays, we have women working in many places. They do not let their family become a burden, even though this often affects the kids; however, that is a story for another day. The main thing is that women also have a choice and can live the life they want.

In my country, there is no law against female children going to school, nor is there any prejudice against it. It is the norm now.

Both genders are treated the same way; the only factors that could hinder parents from sending their female children to school are that they lack the money.

A few years ago, one of my neighbours' children gained admission into the university, but there was no money, so in the end, she gave up on it. This is a dilemma in some Africans' homes, but people that does not know the full story would think they do not want to send their female child to school.

In some schools, there are more female students than males. This is to show how civilized the world has become, and most people don't think it is wrong to get their female children educated...

I can't be so sure that sending female children to school is the norm in every part of my country because we still have some backward places that civilization has not hit, which may still be practising such an outdated thing, but here in my part of the country, where I stay, it is the norm.

People don't wait till their children are old enough before they send them to school, and this is often because they want to be free and the best way to achieve that is to send them to school as soon as possible, so they can have the time for their work...
