If you are a single person then there is not much problem in it because you can take responsibility for yourself but you cannot take responsibility of others. Sometimes it happens that we take responsibility but after that all the problems fall on us. So if you lead a big team then it can be dangerous for you. Everyone has their own way of working. When the lockdown was imposed all over the world, many people were working from home. But everyone likes different types of lifestyles. Some people like to go to office daily, like to meet new people, some people like to work sitting at home.

But not everyone job is like this, see if you are an engineer or do any kind of mechanical work or you work in a hospital then you need to go to the field. Because if you don't go to the field then how will you do the work, see whenever a doctor has to examine a patient then he has to visit him physically or the patients who come to the doctor in his clinic or in the hospital, only after that the doctor suggests some kind of treatment to them.

It depends on what kind of work you have, if you can work from home, if your work is related to internet and you can do that work from home using your laptop or PC, then you must do it and in this case there is a lot of benefit for you as well as for the company. I have already told you about your benefit like you will save money on travel and will also send many things, you will not have to travel daily and there will be no expensive expenses regarding many of your things. If we look at the situation from the point of view of a company, then the company will also make a lot of profit if all the work is done from home, then you will see that their electricity bills will be saved and money will be saved on many other things which are used in the office. If I talk about my office, then we get tea twice a day and that is all for now. Because our company is not that big, but in small companies you do not get so many facilities, but in big companies you get food and your travel expenses are also given, so in such a situation, even big companies can cut costs a lot.

I don't know about you but I like working from home a lot and because you are in your comfort zone at home and you work according to your own convenience there and I consider myself a responsible person and I try my best to complete whatever work I am given, due to which maybe if I ever request my boss for work from home then maybe he will agree to it. Because whenever he gives me any kind of work, I will complete it, why should I not have to do extra work for it. Sometimes I also take help from other people and see, if you are in office then you can take help from other people but at home you have to depend on yourself, this is also a big drawback.
