People who are below 18 years are treated differently and people who are above 18 years are treated differently or should I say they suffer different kinds of punishments. Many times it has been seen that those who are still minor criminals are not given half the punishment, they are just sent to a reformatory center where they are kept under observation for some time and if they are fit to be released again, they are released again. Well, you must have seen many times that whatever rules and laws there are everywhere, people bypass them in some way or the other.
If I talk about India, it is often seen here that if you are rich or have some connection with a famous person, then you have different facilities and your punishment is also given in a different way. And this is something that I find very useless because in India I have seen many such cases where if a boy or girl is from a rich family, then a lot of effort is made to save them and every effort is made to save them. Even if they have committed any serious crime, most of such children are caught in accident cases and I feel that all this is the result of their parents love and burden in their hearts.
Look, it does not matter whether you are rich or poor, whether you are small or big, if you have committed a crime then you must be punished. Well, I will not say that you should be punished immediately after being caught. First your case should be thoroughly investigated and if you are a minor then you should also be punished and after some time you should be tested so that your mentality can be known and it can be ensured that next time you will not indulge in such crimes if you become big in all these things. Yes, that is why you should be released safely. See, any person with criminal mind set is very clever in and they tries to do the same, why shouldn't a criminal be so clever, often they leaves behind some or the other clue and they gets caught, I will not say that all people get caught, there are so many cases which are still unsolved.
But I believe that it should not matter whether you are small or big, it depends on what crime you have committed and on that basis you should be punished, if a person is small or a minor, he is very small, there will be something in his heart knowingly or unknowingly, then that thing should also be kept in mind, if you punish him the same way then maybe things can change a lot. Recently, there have been so many accidents in India in which children from wealthy families were caught, due to which so many poor people died, but it does not matter to them, they just want to save their children, even if they have to do anything for that. Yes, anything. Sometimes it seems as if the lives of the poor have no value.
Unless there are strict rules for all these things, people will not stop committing crimes. In many countries, any kind of crime is now taken much more seriously. I will not say that the crime rate has just started there, but see, it is very important to implement the rules otherwise people will stop fearing, think if there is no police, no rules and regulations then why will people file an FIR, this is not what should happen, so to keep ISI intact we should make strict rules and regulations so that people do not dare to do such activities and it is very important for them to have fear. If a person becomes fearless then he becomes much more dangerous.
