Bridging the Gap: Financial Barriers and Opportunities in Education

There have been a lot of changes in the education system these days and as you can see, the trend of online has increased a lot these days. Everything is available online. If you consider yourself a good teacher or tutor, you can start your own YouTube channel and start teaching people. It has become much easier to give and receive education these days. But it still pains me to see that there are still many people who have been selected for such positions for which they are not even capable or I should say that they do not have good knowledge of the subject, yet they have been kept on such positions to teach the subject. Many people have made education a business and we are seeing all this. Every year lakhs of children are coming out of different colleges and schools after studying but they do not have any skills. There are many things missing in today's education system, especially where I live and it needs to be improved.

Today we see that all the online platforms are very interactive, if you complete any lessons then you are given different batches or reward points for it, through which our document is released and we have more desire to like it. Because we all like to collect things, not everyone is like this but most people always like to do such things and perhaps this website and application takes advantage of this thing and makes such interactive things so that we get used to it and can do it more and more. If we present education to children in a fun way and reward them for doing every successful thing, then perhaps they will get encouragement and they will do that thing even better next time. As we see in online platforms there are options like top leaderboard, daily board, and weekly leaderboard, we should do the same in schools so that people can understand the competition and try to score better marks and compete with each other by improving their skills which will give them a lot of benefits in the long term.

Many children are very talented but believe me they do not have enough money to start higher education and then they leave their studies even if they do not want to. There was a boy in our college who was very good in studies, I saw that he was very good in programs but due to the circumstances of the house not being right, he could not get much education and then he had to leave his job for some time due to which he had a lot of difficulty in finding a job and then he had to leave his profession even if he did not want to and I believe that if he had that much money then perhaps Bhabhi would have been working at some other place and I feel very sad to see this. If we are given rewards for doing some work then our dopamine is released and that makes us want to do that thing more, if we do education also always then maybe he starts doing some other thing with full attention and interest.

Yes many people do not feel like studying but when it comes to money then people will take it seriously even if they are forced to or in any other way and I think this will make a big difference and the competition will also increase. I believe that we should work more on the skills of the children and not just on readings and writings because ultimately only skills are useful to you, whatever copies you will read in school, you may not get anything from them but if you can understand a subject deeply then you become more skilled and you should have maximum practical knowledge of any subject as with that you can understand things more easily.

Well, this is done in many government schools, if a child scores good marks, he is given a gift (in the form of money) and many times his education is also sponsored by the government and this is a very good strategy to encourage children, but this does not happen everywhere. I believe that if this is done everywhere, it will support such children who are not able to do so and will help them in getting higher education. I believe that if this is done everywhere, then it will probably make a lot of difference because education is the only thing that makes us a top and progressive person, if you are not educated then you have to compromise on many things. I believe that everyone should have basic education, you should have enough understanding about what you are reading and what you are writing, if you know all these things, then according to me you are an educated person. Education does not mean that you should have an X or Y degree. If you do not have knowledge in that field, then in my opinion it is useless if you have a degree. If you have good knowledge of your field and if you have a degree, then it will be very easy to get a job in your field and believe me, you will also get interested in working in that field.

No, I believe that change does not happen in a day but if we want then everything is possible. If we help children learn small things from childhood which will benefit them a lot in the long term, then it will prove to help build a good society, I believe. And if a child gets cash for coming first in the academy, then perhaps he will get financial help also. And if that child is good at studies and is financially well off, then he can use that money in some other way, maybe he can buy new books, do an online course for you or they can help such children who need it more than them.
