The great challenge for every newcomer who arrives in Hive is finding people who value their content. There is a significant gap that separates whales from newcomers who produce quality content. To be honest, I would like to state that this problem only affects newcomers, but the truth is that it is a problem that affects most people who write good texts.
Few communities truly embrace people who are willing to do their best. Hive Learners is a great example of this. If a newcomer starts producing content through this community, they will certainly be more valued than in any other. But HL is an exception, undoubtedly, the problem of lack of visibility is one of the main issues I see on Hive.
The big rewards are usually concentrated in small groups; the same people receive good rewards daily, while newcomers rarely have the chance to have a post that reaches a $10 reward. One thing I would definitely improve on Hive is visibility for good content creators.
Through a special area where newcomers would be more prominently featured. In this area, which I will call the Newbies Dashboard, content from newcomers and also from people who do not usually receive good rewards, even though they have been on Hive for some time, would be displayed. To be eligible to appear on this special dashboard, people would have to have a limit of X weekly rewards. If their weekly rewards exceed this value, they would no longer be eligible to participate in this dashboard. I think this idea would level the playing field for rewards on Hive a bit more, and whales would have the chance to discover good content creators and support a larger number of people.
Made in Canva.
To participate in this Special Dashboard, some requirements would need to be met. First, of course, original content. Second, a minimum of 500 words. The content could be posted in any community according to the theme, and, of course, the main prerequisite would be the amount of weekly rewards that person has already received. The data on weekly rewards would be disclosed, but I honestly don't know how this could be done, but surely a Dev would know how to do it.
After a while, people who started earning good rewards would no longer have this differentiated visibility. On the other hand, they would become better known and could earn good rewards even without being in that space anymore. Whales, if they wanted, could follow the path of someone they trust so that they wouldn't have to do the curation work alone. It would be a new era for Hive, where people who come here willing to truly dedicate themselves would see their efforts well rewarded from the start, and this would make them stay. Because we know how rarely people stay on Hive when they arrive. I'm sure you've invited someone who made two or three posts and then gave up because they didn't see a future in Hive. This happens because there is no special attention to those coming from WEB 2.
People who come to Hive want to see something different from what they are used to. Before they arrive here, they hear about rewards for content production. Imagine how frustrating it must be to make your first posts and have no visibility at all? I believe that for Hive to grow, it needs to attract as many users as possible, but there needs to be special attention to users who are always arriving and not being stimulated enough to stay. I think my idea of an upgrade would be an interesting tool to fix this.

Made in Canva.
Para participar desse Dashboard Especial, seria necessário cumprir alguns requisitos. Primeiro, obviamente, texto original.

You have mentioned a very valid point here. If the newbies are being encouraged, I think it will encourage a lot of newbies in the ecosystem.
It has been so difficult for newbies to strive in this ecosystem, but with this upgrade, I think it will help a lot of newbies.
Great content here, you are amazing !!
Thank you!
Vamos seguir fortalecendo a Hive
This is a good upgrade tool that will definitely benefit the new comers arriving so as not to feel too lost or wanting to give up because their contents aren't visible enough. Having a separate feed for them on the chain is a good idea to follow them up, make them feel welcome and this will want to make them stay while enjoying Hive.
Perfect. It would be really cool if this could be accomplished, although I must admit that the influx of content producers could be immense.
