Embracing Ease Without Laziness

Evolution of technology has made so many things easy for us. Right from getting answers to what seems to take like forever to get answers to in the past years. Projects are done easily and efficiently even more than how human efforts could have manually done it.

We now have so many innovations, AI models, tools and many others that technology has brought to make our lives easier. Unfortunately we have come to be fully dependent on the assistance which technology brings to us and this may in one way or the other wanna make those rumors true indirectly. Although, It is not like AI would chase people off their work but then the ability to brainstorm on ideas and be creative may not be like before.

Sincerely, no one would want a hard or difficult life and I feel like as long as you are not solely dependent on something, it could still be fair enough to call it an aid. Take for instance, as a graphic designer who would always brainstorm on what design to give a client or make for a product, with a good creative prompt (as long as you have that original idea of what you want to create in your head) to the AI model, you would get a ready-made design of which you might now need to adjust till it meets your taste as a designer. You're still creative cos without your creative prompt of what you want, the AI won't give it to you but the opposite.

An HR firm posted something on LinkedIn about an HR manager's email to an applicant with a paragraph showing "write an email to reject an applicant without feeling rejected...." Like you prompted chatgpt for something that you can't sit to create yourself and you still feel lazy to read through the answers to proofread for you to see that you had copied your own prompt alongside the body of the email.

That is how less or no creative the evolution of technology has made us to become BUT just like I do say that for the fact that someone innovated something for the use of people doesn't mean they have to carry the burden of the misuse by users.

That we are less creative, the blame lies on us cos it has only come to ease our burden not shouldering the burden of our faults.
At the beginning of this month I thought about creating a flyer for my brand and wishing my followers a happy new month and I did that with the help of the AI tool which seems very impossible before unless you reach out to a graphic designer.

It is of a fact that it may be affecting some professions but we can't stop the evolution just like we can't stop the usage of cars and stay to donkey rides because we don't want to be lazy and that is why we must blend with these changes in a way that we neither feel left out nor become useless when the tool is no longer available.

NOTE: No matter how effective these AI tools may be interfering with these creativities, at the end it still needs a human touch and that is why every creative worker will always remain relevant no matter what.

I'll be dropping my 🖊️ here on the Hive Learners community prompt
