Writing novels give me a lot of joy.

Most times joy comes to us differently and that is why what gives you joy may not really be what will give me joy. This is how life works generally.

This is one of my latest novel for primary school

When I saw the topic for episode 2 of week 208, I felt like I don't have what to say in this topic. But when I look deep down I discovered that I have been doing something of late that gives me a lot of joy. Though not just one thing that gives me joy, but I find lots of joy in one particular one and I am glad to share with the house today.

AUTHOR OF BOOKS

Yeah and I have been thinking that writing of books is a difficult thing and it is something I cannot do. This has been going on in my head for years and anytime my see someone's book maybe novel oh drama book it could be poem it could be a spiritual book, it gives me Joy that someone wrote book.

I have seen it as something that is very difficult because I just kept asking myself how they get the ideas. How will someone just sit down and begin to write stories that never happened. How do they arrive at writing books? I have kept myself out of these thinking that I cannot make it. But of recent I just noticed that I can write books because I was trained. I underwent a training online on how to write and publish books. when I started because I didn't know much about it, it was a little bit difficult. but when I went on with it I started seeing that it is simple. actually as I see other people's books , the format and everything they use I started writing books.

my first book came out 2020 and before I publish it took me almost 3 years because I kept correcting, I'll give this lecturer to correct , after all the corrections by three lecturers I feel as if it's not good. But then I realized that If I don't publish I will just be moving round the circle.

I wrote another one and it took me 2 years years to gather courage and publish because someone said that a perfect writer is one that have never written anything. Because I have written something you can correct tomorrow and so this is how started as an author.

So guys between last year middle and today I've written up to Five novels. it gives me a lot of Joy and I return all the glory to God.

MY GREATEST JOY AS AN AUTHOR.

Some schools are already using my books, because I base on novels and my target audience are primary and secondary school students and I write on current happenings in our schools because I am in the system. Today some parents see me and celebrate me because of what changes my novels have brought to their children. It gives me joy to write on something that will benefit the society.
