No ocean too deep for me to swim

Sometimes things like this do happen to people when they least expect it. Life is full of surprises and fate may decide to bring one our way some day in the future.

That is where skills come in. Some people who only depends on their white collar job will have a very big problem when they face such situations.

Stranded is the topic for week 221 episode 2. When I get into situations like this I think it will only last for a few days or at most one week.

I know that one of the reasons that can cause one to be stranded like this is war or maybe anything related to that. Even car accident can cause that, but it won't last longer for one to be too stranded as the topic suggest.

If you were suddenly dropped in a strange land with no money or help, how long do you think it'll take you to get yourself set?

I just mentioned above that I won't be stranded for too long. As soon as I can lay hold of my phone, get the battery charger and secure a very good network around me, then all problems solve now. I don't even need any tools in my hands to work with. All I need to bounce back even better than before is just my phone.

First, I think that I will get a way to sell any hive that I have if there is any. Maybe use that to get me some food items to keep body and soul together until I figure out what to and how to go about it. When that is done, then I will pick up my phone and start making post. One good thing about working online is that you get paid any day you deliver well. Making one post at least every day is going to pay well. I remember when #hive was still that costly coin and expensive one that with just a little one can solve a lot of financial problems. But despite how low it is today I believe that if I can still have some with me I will just make one or two contact and it will be sold.

Secondly, I have more than ten story book: Novels that I have written and most times when I sell it helps me a lot. If only I can get a place where I can make photocopy or a publishing company that I can print copies of my novels. Once I just take it to some schools there I know that I can survive foe the next five years without working only with my novels. I believe that I can bounce back with these two as soon as possible.

Considering my skills and talents.

Like I said above that I have novels that I authored. All it will take me is to get a printer and print few copies out. From there everything will be settled and life will continue as if it never stopped before. Presently these two ( hive and my books) have been sustaining me and even some of my family members. I have seen God change a story from the scratch turning things around for me and my family. This is the lord's doing and is marvelous in our eyes.

In summary I believe is skills more than doing business because once you have your skill and you are good at what you do, the sky is your limit. You can actually survive anywhere you find yourself. I don't know whether it is because of this that I am not into business. I just love working with my skills. One of the things I don't like about business is the fact that the money can just finish and you go back to the scratch again. But with skills the difference is clear
