Freedom of arts and the consequences

Hello my amazing friends. It is a good thing that are here again today.

Writing to express ones opinion, ideas and art has always been there even without any government policy. Unless we are saying that it should be checked or monitored. I have seen a lot of people just go out and write whatever they feel is good for the public and I believe that is where the problem lies.

MANY TIMES WE COME ACROSS PAINTINGS DONE IN PUBLIC PLACES.

Guys is so crazy when you see what some people can just think of writing. I mean we should also consider others before doing what we want to do. Some people actually don't know that where their rights ends is where another person's right starts.

CAN ANYONE DRAW ANYTHING THEY WANT?

My answer is yes and no at the same time. Yes because we have the right to write or draw what we want. Or to pass our messages however we dim it fit. Artist speak to people through what they draw and we can't stop them from doing that or hinder from using his or her human rights. If we all can remember we still have the freedom of speech. So yes we can allow people speak through the work of arts. So that they will not feel as if their rights have been taken away from them.

No. Because our people say that when you give someone a little chance, he or she will take chances. We have noticed that because people are allowed to just draw whatsoever they want so they can just wake up one morning and draw something that will cause problem in the society. I remember in the past after an election that one particular contestants lost in the election to another person from the opposition party. The followers of the person that won went out and draw the person that lost in the election and also draw a casket shouting in the whole town that this politician is dead just because he lost election. That was very wrong and people should not be allowed to do such. It doesn't matter what you feel or think about that person. We don't have such right. I believe that there should be law regulating what people say, write and also draw to express themselves. And it should also be said in such a way that anyone who goes against that should be charged to court. I believe that this is the only thing that can reduce or even curb it completely. We can not go on and tanish the image of another just because I want to express myself.

Public Property rules.
I also think that for public properties and even private properties, people should not have the right to just wake up and go to those places and draw anything or place any notice. There should be a public places where people can freely go to drop notices.
