Confidence is an abstract noun. It does exist

Welcome back to my blog again for the final episode of this week.

Talking about a job that one have not done before, it's kind of hard to be confident when you don't know what to do, or what to expect. This is not expression of fear, but I am just being the human that I ma.

Confidence is a felling inside a man that shows that he knows what he is doing because he has done it before and knows the outcome when it is done.

Any time I find myself doing something new, I always feel incompetent. Even though if is what I can do, but because it's in a new environment, or with a new person or bus. Before I can hit my hand in my chest and say that I can do that work, it means that I have done it again and again and seen a good result. People should also be able to say that I am good at it. Then I can confidently say that I know it very well.

IS CONFIDENCE REAL?

Yes. I believe confidence is real though is an abstract noun. Something you can't see or touch. Something you can only feel and sometime you can describe how you feel but not exactly the way it is. It is that feeling that tells you that you can do it. That feeling that helps you talk to people without fear even when they are bigger than you. That feeling that makes you talk with such boldness about what you are doing because you know how to do it. This is what we call confidence.

FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE OF LACK OF CONFIDENCE

I was once invited as a speaker to this group of people about marriage for three whole days. Though the program takes place only in the evening. I don't know how it happened, but I somehow figured out that they are all more educated than myself. Richer than me. More experienced too. This thought got into me that I started looking down on myself and for the first time as a marriage counselor, I was afraid to stand before them to talk. I felt so little and I was also ashamed of myself. I managed to encourage myself and accepted the invitation to preach, but I ended up munching words before the people. Even what I know how to say, did not come out correctly because I have no confidence in what I can do. Today because I done it again and again I am fully assured that I can stand any congregation because I am confident in myself.

In conclusion, when we see people who are so confidence of what they do is because of quality time they have given to that thing snd have become very bold as a matter of the time given to it. People don't pick confidence on tje way or buy it in the market, they develop confidence and it can't live because it has become part of that person.
