A Private Government
We have rights as citizens of a country, and this right is why we have access to amenities and services around us. Most of these amenities are available for us because they are federal amenities, and we pay taxes for them.
Recently, I made a post about the difference between federal and private community service. It's so obvious that we can’t compare the services of both, but it's best if we combine both services, then we can have a better community or nation.
Federal services can’t be compared to private services. They have their ways of giving out the best of service since they are fully in charge of the nation's resources. Compared to any private service which still has to pay to the federal government to access any resources.
The payment the private sectors make to the government or any other agencies just to accomplish their mission or uphold any project in the country is the major reason why they have to put a price tag on their services.
Their service won't come free like that of the government, and unlike the government service that is poorly managed with time, the private service charges some amount and uses it for maintaining their products.
What if the private sector takes over?
It won’t be easy for the private sector to take over. Because the government would never allow a private organization to get ahead of them. They will always find a way to suppress and overpower any private organization that feels they want to compete with the government when it comes to resources or services.
An example is the Dangote Refinery. Though I don't really follow up with the update and news about it. But I guess he is having issues and is not yet able to stabilize the sector because of the federal government. No government would ever allow a private agency to take over.
But if that should be the case because I have been on a trip and then at some point, we arrived at a tollgate and then before we could continue with our trip we had to pay some amount of money as a gate fee so we could access the road.
One thing I realized was that the journey became smoother and faster after paying the fee because the roads were so smooth and there were no traffic delays or even potholes. So I guess it was worth the charges.
If the private sector could handle the affairs of the community or the nation at large and people get to pay for their service, it would surely be a nice one. Just like we have some private sector handling electricity, we should have stable electricity, and then people will happily pay for it at the expense of what they use.
When the people realize that the amount they pay is worth it then there won't be any issue related to it. So it's a good idea that the private sector can handle service and then take charge of it.

I very much doubt that the private sector can fully manage the nation state. Some things have to be public. However, the government sector should be reduced so that private management can be successful.

While I agree with you that private industry can help improve different things in our community, I also agree that they shouldn't be left alone, but make to work alongside federal for better job delivery to avoid monopolizing the market.
💯 fact. Monopoly will later become a big issue on the long run.
The private industries will charge way higher than the government is charging us but the only difference is that they will deliver for sure unlike our promise and fail government.

It would be a nice development but I am worried about the fees, would it be regulated in the long run or will they wake up one day and increase the prices even more
That’s the problem. Monopoly can be so funny. And that’s why the government won’t tolerate it
It is true that when people are paying taxes, they have the right to be given facilities for everything and here we are also seeing that the governments have failed to provide facilities to the people, so that is the best and if people want to have a good life, then everything should be privatized here.
