Evolution in Mobile Photography

The technological advancement in science and technology is really satisfying, with so much flexibility in various sectors of our lives. From medical science to entertainment, everywhere we are blessed with technological development in science, especially in the communication and entertainment industries. Previously, we have been using so many bulky set upas were being used for simple photography that we are able to do with our smartphones.

I took all of these shots with a midrange phone from 2020, the Samsung Galaxy Series 20 FE, which can produce beautiful photos in many situations. Besides normal photography, this phone is capable of 3 times optical zoom, which is really comparable to many bulky digital cameras that I used in the 2010s in my country when they were very popular. But now the bulky cameras are completely replaced with he mobile cameras in more than 80% cases in our real life experience.

Many recent phones are offering up to 8 times optical zoom, while the best-branded phones are offering excellent zooming capability of up to 5 times optical zoom. I have tried taking photos with the Samsung Galaxy series and Xiaomi's Mi phones which are very good zooming photography. My old phone showed great results up to 10 times.

The 3 times optical zoom shows excellent quality as it doesn't deteriorate the overall quality of the image. 10 times zoom needs to sacrifice some quality of the photos. It is really a blessing for us to have the flexibility in taking photos without so many hassle in our modern lifestyle. Also, these phones are very cost-effective, with amazing photo and video-taking opportunities.
