Finding A Story In The Welders’ Shop.

One day one problem. 😂 Honestly, I don't want to experience another day like yesterday ever again.

So yesterday my door lock decided to stress me. I tried to unlock it but it wouldn't budge. Tried again and again, nothing. It just wouldn’t open. In fact, the key wouldn't even enter the lock. I was outside, stuck.

Left with no other option, I had to go look for help. So I headed to one of the welder's shops nearby, just by the roadside. Since they fabricate doors, I presume they'll be handle stuff like this.

Luckily, the shop was open and they were busy at work. I explained the situation to the owner. He told me to wait a bit while he rounds up. He was in the middle of finishing up a job he needed to supply to someone, and couldn’t leave until he rounded up.

So I sat, and waited. That wait turned into a photo session. Yeah. Instead of just sitting and getting more frustrated, I decided to capture them while they worked.

As I watched them cut, weld, and shape metal right there on the roadside, I couldn't help but admire their ingenuity. These guys literary turns ordinary metal into a fine works of art - doors, gates, windows, just name it.

I eventually got help with my lock. But I also left with these pictures and a reminder:

Sometimes when we’re stuck waiting on our own problems to be fixed, life is still moving around us. People are still building, creating, and hustling...
