Last week, I was on Samek Road off Faulks Road for marketing. This stretch is known for one thing - mattresses, pillows, beddings, curtains, and other home decors. If you need to furnish a room, this is where you come.

You know I'd never miss taking photographs whenever I visit a place, especially one buzzing with activities. Hehehe.
One notable thing about this stretch is that it's kind of a dual market. During the day, it's all about mattresses, pillows and the like. You'll see goods stacked from floor to ceiling, spilling onto the walkway. By evening, it turns to a foodstuff market - a one-stop shop for all groceries and all edibles.
So come here by 10am for cheap mattresses and pillows, and foodstuff by 6pm.

It's funny how people bump into photo sessions. Lol. You see the two men, mid-stride, crossing my shot. Honestly, I was focused on capturing the shops, didn’t notice anything else or even see them till later, when I was scrolling through my gallery. But they gave the photo some energy, you know, especially the tall guy. He's got some vibes and those long legs are the killer. Hehehe.

Further down the road, I saw this pair and photographed them. This is daily life on Samek Road. The market moves on backs and heads, not just in storefronts.

These are polyester fiberfill - raw material for making mattereses, pillows, stuffed toys and dolls, quilts and duvets and more.
