Capturing Life in Black and White /Photofeed Contest

There’s something unique about black and white pictures. Something that speaks without words.

As someone said, “Black and white shows the soul of a picture.” I couldn’t agree more.
When you strip the pictures of all their colours, distractions, filters, and effects, you are left with the picture in its raw form, unique and beautiful in its own way.

I am excited to share some black and white pictures for the photofeed contest. The theme for today’s contest is Black and White.

Black and white pictures gives off a certain vibe. You get to feel every bit of the picture.

These are random pictures I took of various streets I passed by. Getting to see these pictures in black and white makes me happy.

Being bright and colourful is great, but sometimes we just need to pause all the vibrant colors and distractions to focus on the raw, unfiltered things in front of us. Some of these things go unnoticed but in black and white, we get to not only notice them but in different dimensions too.

I love how the pictures look calmer, these streets are usually busy but in black and white they look calmer.
