Hello to all my wonderful coffee lovers all over the world. It has really been a while that I posted here or anywhere. But, thank goodness that I am back now and trust me better mentally and health wise. It is good to be back after How many weeks of being away from here but, not away from my coffee as the bond is strong and inseparable. I might take days off, weeks off, months off ,but for my coffee there is no break.
One thing about me is that I prefer to make my own coffee rather than go to a coffee shop. In fact I prefer to make it myself rather than leave it to my wife to make. I have a specific measurement for the quantity of water that I want to use, there is no more, there is no less not even a drop excess or less. And, for the coffee on sachet per make is what I subscribe to every time that I want to make my coffee.
To make my coffee I first boil my water to ensure that it boils at 100 degrees. Note that the water has to be sparkling clean, colourless and odourless. This is something I take to my system I value what I take. Next, is to ensure that the mug is clean as well. Despite it is clean, few minutes before making my coffee I ensure to rinse it with the water boiling at a 100 degrees. This is a constant for me at all times. One thing that I have observed is that my mug is now changing colour to the coffee. Anyways, afterwards I make my coffee and wait till it's a bit cold to drink.
