Nothing is promised, so make good use of every moment because it doesn't last forever. I have been thinking a little too much recently, pondering about my entire life—the good and the bad times—and there's one thing that's common between them: it doesn't last forever. The good times feel like they're forever at first, then suddenly life happens and everything crumbles. The same is true for bad times; they change in the blink of an eye, and you remember no more the pain and suffering you endured.
Life is funny and at the same time fun. No one has it all; we all suffer from the vicissitudes that life has placed on everyone. Someone who had built for years may lose all that he had worked for in a day, and someone who had never worked for anything may possess what another had suffered to obtain. You can't really tell what will happen tomorrow; it stays a mystery. We are left to hope, pray, and have faith that our tomorrow is better than our yesterday, but unfortunately that's not the case for everyone. Not every tomorrow holds a better result. While some celebrate, another cries. It's all luck and chance born from everyday resilience.

Someone who has it all may start to believe he worked harder than others to attain that possession, not knowing it was all luck and chance and not a matter of who works harder. Don't bank on tomorrow; make use of your today as if it were the tomorrow you are waiting for. Every minute is the best moment to do what you want to do. Tomorrow may not give you the opportunity you had envisioned. I have seen different phases of life, and from all I've learned, do not rest your hopes on tomorrow. If it's good at that moment, make use of it, because all you've been privileged to know is your today. Take every chance, make the best use of your moment, because even the greatest today may be humbled tomorrow. Surviving is winning, and all it takes is to make use of every opportunity as if it is the tomorrow you have been waiting for.
