This morning, my husband and my eldest son went back to my hometown. My husband was originally going alone, but when I asked him, he said he wanted to go see his grandmother, so he would have someone to accompany him on the way.
The car was very fast and we arrived at 2pm. My eldest son must have been very happy to see his grandmother. My husband didn't tell my youngest son that he was going to see his grandmother, otherwise he would have gone with him. If he went with him, my husband would have a heavier responsibility. I went there in May and haven't been since. I don't know when Mimi will give birth, so I have to take care of her.
Shortly after I got home, my husband sent me a photo of Hu Niu. Hu Niu got pregnant a few days earlier than Mimi. I think Hu Niu's belly is much bigger. I guess she will have more kittens in her belly. Her belly is dragging on the ground. Hu Niu is really a heroic mother. With this litter, she must have a hundred kittens.
Mimi gave birth to three kittens in each of her previous two litters. I wonder how many there will be in this litter. The four of us made a bet. Xiaobao said three, Dabao said four, and his father said five. I had said two, but their bellies weren't that big, so now I can only guess six. There's no number for me to guess, hahaha. It looks like I'm definitely losing.
It's obvious that older Siamese kittens get darker. Tiger kittens are much darker, and Mimi is a little white. Newly born kittens are still white, with just a hint of black between their eyes, which becomes more obvious later. Actually, you can roughly guess a Siamese kitten's age based on its coat color. Isn't that amazing? I wonder if other breeds have this trait. After getting a cat, I can name so many different cats. I used to know less than five species, but now I can name over a dozen!
