💄 Red Lips, Black Hair, and a Little Drama ❤️

Okay, I have to admit something... whenever I wear red lipstick, I suddenly feel like taking a hundred pictures of myself. 😂

I don't know what it is about this color, but it always makes me feel a little different. Maybe it's because I usually wear softer shades, or maybe because red lipstick has a way of making even the simplest makeup look more dramatic.

Today I decided to go with my favorite black eyeliner, bright red lips, and lots of volume in my hair. And when I say lots of volume, I really mean it! Haha!

My hair was looking especially big today, and instead of trying to straighten it or make it behave, I decided to leave it that way. I actually love how it looks when it's a little wild. It takes some patience to deal with all that hair, but sometimes the result is worth the trouble.

I also wore black, because apparently I can't resist combining black clothes with red lipstick. It's probably one of my favorite combinations. Simple, classic, and just a little dramatic. ❤️🖤

The funniest part was trying to get a decent picture. I kept moving my hair from one side to the other, checking whether my lipstick looked even, and making sure my eyeliner hadn't decided to betray me.

Anyone who wears winged eyeliner knows that getting both eyes to look the same can feel like a serious achievement. 😂

After a few attempts, I finally got a picture I liked. I wasn't smiling in this one, but I really liked the expression and how my hair framed my face.

Sometimes I enjoy taking pictures where I look sweet and playful, and other times I prefer something a little more serious. I guess it depends on my mood.

And that's one thing I love about makeup. You can experiment with different colors and styles without having to change anything about who you are.

Some days I want a natural look, barely any makeup, and comfortable clothes. Other days I want bold eyeliner, bright lipstick, and hair that takes up half the picture. Haha!

Today was definitely one of those bold makeup days.

Anyway, I think I'm going to keep this red lipstick in my makeup bag for a while. I had forgotten how much I liked wearing it.

Now I just have to be careful when drinking coffee because red lipstick and white cups are not exactly the best combination. 😂☕
