[EN/PT-BR] A GROVE of comments and interaction.

I remember that one of the biggest problems with Hive has always been people's comments on posts. Nowadays, stopping to read something is complicated; life is too fast for us to focus on something and read, since everything is about consuming content quickly. Perhaps it's normal now to read sometimes and comment occasionally.
But if reading becomes boring at a certain point, it reflects in the comments. I think that if you don't read something with interest, the comment won't be 100% true; you'll only be saying what you think and imagine about the post you saw the photo of or read the first paragraph of.
But then, what can be done? What can be encouraged? Perhaps a different experience, something simple, a game or an application that truly connects people.
Hive Grove did this in a place where normally few active people connected. We can see this with the numbers below:
Perhaps what was always lacking was an incentive, and now with the power and speed of AI, we can create applications that seek what was lost some time ago: connection!
And if the game encourages you to send 10 messages a day to earn 10 points for a leaderboard, why are so many people interacting much more than that? Because it's fun to chat, interact and engage, meet new people and talk about a little bit of everything.
More than 1000 comments/interations, on a network where people didn't interact much, so the quick content arrived and changed the way people interacted, and after that, more and more things arrived.
The Comment Rewarder also encourages people; you engage and can receive something back for it. The person who set the post this way votes manually and recognizes that your comment was cool, so these little things make people want to interact.
Perhaps there was never a lack of people, but rather a lack of incentives to get them talking to each other, and in this case, Hive Grove is doing something incredible that even its DEV (that's me) sometimes can't believe is happening, haha.

Lembro de que um dos grandes problemas da Hive, sempre foram os comentários das pessoas em postagens. No tempo atual, parar para ler alguma coisa é complicado, a vida é muito rápida para que consigamos aplicar um pouco de foco em algo e ler, já que tudo é consumir conteudo rápido, talvez seja o normal de agora, ler as vezes e comentar de vez enquanto.
Mas se a leitura é chata em certo ponto, isso reflete nos comentários. Acho que se a gente não lê algo com vontade, o comentário não será 100% verdadeiro, você só vai estar falando o que pensa e imagina da postagem que você viu a foto ou leu o primeiro paragrafo.
Mas então, o que pode ser feito? O que pode ser incentivado? Talvez uma experiência diferente, algo simples, um jogo ou uma aplicação que realmente conecte as pessoas.
Hive Grove fez isso em um lugar onde normalmente poucas pessoas ativas se conectavam. Podemos ver isso com os números abaixo:
Talvez o que sempre faltou foi um incentivo e agora com a força e velocidade das IAs, podemos criar aplicações que buscam aquilo que foi perdido há algum tempo: conexão!
E se o jogo incentiva você a mandar 10 mensagens por dia para ganhar 10 pontos para uma tabela de classificação, porque muitas pessoas estão interagindo muito mais que isso? Porque é divertido conversar, interagir e engajar, conhecer novas pessoas e falar sobre tudo um pouco.
Mais de 1000 comentários/interações, em uma rede que justamente as pessoas não interagiam muito, então o conteudo rapido chegou e mudou a forma de interação e depois disso, mais e mais coisas chegaram.
O Comment Rewarder também incentiva as pessoas, você engaja e pode receber algo de volta por isso, a pessoa que definiu o post assim vota manualmente e reconhece que seu comentário foi maneiro, então essas pequenas coisas fazem as pessoas se animarem para interagir.
Talvez nunca tenha faltado pessoas e sim incentivos para fazer elas conversarem entre si e nesse caso, Hive Grove está fazendo algo incrível que nem mesmo seu DEV (no caso eu) acredita as vezes que está acontecendo hehe.
Com certeza, isso foi uma surpresa maravilhosa!

Mano eu to querendo muito colocar missao de HP e power up, eu so nao coloquei ainda por que nao sei bem como fazer ela equilibrada. Tipo quem tem mais HP vai conseguir mais rapido por conta de rewards e tal ou quem tem mais tempo pode conseguir mais votos, entao to nessa.

That’s really amazing and cool, and I’m so happy to have so many people working toward the same goal—that’s the best part of it all! Hive Grove has changed my life, and I think it’s changed a lot of people’s lives too, haha. There are a lot of cool things to come, and I hope I can put everything I’ve been thinking about into action.
