My Experience As A Fashion Designer Apprentice

Hello everyone, this is islabae and I welcome you all back to me blog again. How are you all doing, I hope all is well in your various places. It is my pleasure to be here with you again today.

I will like to share with you my life as an apprentice. Like seriously my friends, I must say apprentice life is not easy and to top it all, as a fashion designer apprentice, any festive season like this, the work will times two if not three of our normal work and we are now in December and the Christmas and New year is fast approaching which brought a lot of workload on our neck.

This is all the clothes our client deliver for today and there is a set day for collection of each of them and my boss hate to disappoint her clients so it is a double work for this week..

This is the time of the year that I'm always busy at work and to top it all, I'm not even my own boss yet, I'm still a learner and also my boss didn't have time for work in shop because she's also a teacher and she has a little time to spare for shop. She use that little time to cut the clothes for me, although I can cut some and she will help me out with the difficult ones. I'm not the only one in the shop but I am the senior and my other juniors can not do much since they are not well learn yet, I don't have any partner to do the work together since all my seniors have graduated and are on their own now.

I love December but I hate it when it keep all the workload on me without anyone to help, I'm the only one to sew and iron all the clothes. I can't wait to be my own boss and I will know that all the pay for my effort will be for me.
