That makes me wonder, are you married/single? Or something in between lol. Never asked :)
It could be worse going out for the laundry, at least it's not too much hassle while it's a few minutes drive, imagine doing it without a car, that would be horrific!
Regarding the question, I checked your wallet:
The biggest part of your HP is delegated to you, I first thought maybe you can't delegate delegated stake but it seems you're already doing that? I always assumed you can only delegate the part you have as your own HP. I think in your case that should be 1487 HP at this point. Of which 503 HP is delegated to SSG community and 496 HP is expiring at the moment and will be back into your wallet to use as you please in 2 days.
I think this is where it goes wrong, the cooldown of delegations is 5 days I think.
Hopefully, this helps :) If not, let me know so I can dig a bit more to see what I can find out.

Single, the ex-wife is long gone after stealing a ton of money and making my life absolute hell!
I've powered down the HP to other delegations and just waiting for it to cooldown. Then I want to delegate all of mine to SGS to get higher upvotes. I should have 1500 total at that point. Last time I tried to max it to SGS there were no other delegations except 250 to SGS and it only ended up delegating five hundred rather than the 1000. That's what I haven't figured out yet...
