La atención ¿en qué?

¿Hay flores más curiosas en esta época o yo he estado más atenta a mi camino?
Ahora creo que esta pregunta puede trasladarse de la naturaleza a nuestras vidas.
Como el trabajo de nuestra mente es encargarse del peligro, precisamente para protegernos y garantizar nuestra supervivencia, puede que por momentos estemos más centrados en los aspectos negativos. Por eso es importante entrenarnos para elegir dónde poner nuestra atención, y dónde mantenerla además. Puede que hayan flores bonitas, de texturas diferentes, por allí... y no nos estemos dando cuenta.

Now I think this question can be transferred from nature to our lives.
As our mind's job is to deal with danger, precisely to protect us and ensure our survival, we may at times be more focused on the negative aspects. That is why it is important to train ourselves to choose where to focus our attention, and where to keep it. There may be beautiful flowers with different textures out there... and we may not be noticing them.
