🥰 Little moments, big smiles 💕

Okay, I have to admit that taking pictures with a little one is a completely different experience. 😂

You try to smile, find a good angle, make sure everyone is comfortable, and somehow the baby ends up stealing all the attention anyway!

And honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. ❤️

I really love this picture. The sunshine, my floral shorts, the little one in my arms, and that sweet, spontaneous moment. Nothing fancy, just one of those afternoons that makes you smile.

One of the things I enjoyed most while studying psychology was learning about childhood development. It's fascinating how babies discover the world, recognize familiar faces, and communicate so much before they can even speak.

But when I'm spending time with a little one, I'm not thinking about theories or textbooks. I'm usually just trying to get a smile, make funny faces, or keep those tiny hands from grabbing my hair! 😂

And believe me, having long hair around babies can be quite an adventure.

I spend plenty of time focusing on my workouts, my career, and my personal goals, but I also enjoy these sweet little breaks from my usual routine.

Sometimes happiness is simply holding someone tiny, sharing a few laughs, and enjoying the afternoon.

And yes, the baby definitely looks more photogenic than me in this picture. I'll accept defeat this time! 😘💗
