Tonight, I decided to take myself out to dinner—just me, no company, no distractions. And you know what? It felt really empowering. Sitting at a table alone, enjoying my food slowly, observing the little details around me... it’s a beautiful way to connect with myself.
I used to think it would feel awkward, but now I see it as something freeing. I laughed a little in my mind, thinking how nice it is to choose the place I want, eat at my own pace, and be fully present. Moments like this remind me that I’m enough—just as I am. 💫

Well, maybe.. But, I think that, it's normal human behavior to want to connect with someone else.
It has more to do with choice.
That's such a thoughtful reflection. I agree—wanting to connect with others is a very natural part of being human.
