Luckily I've never seen a cat colony. That's something that I've never seen exist here. However that being said I dread to think what happens to strays.

They have this law here (I think it's fairly new) that it's illegal to put a stray to sleep without it being needed due to health reasons. But lately, they have been poisoning cats in our area so there's that. They will probably never find who did that so that's another way to get rid of them :(
