Hello everyone, Welcome to my Splinterlands Social Media Challenge post. In this post, I will be talking about the Night Reaper Card and the Wingbreak Ability and more, as well as the amazing battles. I hope it will be useful for you.
Night Reaper has the Flying Ability and Wingbreak Ability starting at level 1, the Reflection Shield Ability starting at level 3, and the Last Stand Ability at level 6. And it costs 11 mana.
Night Reaper is a truly amazing Dragon with very powerful abilities. It can be incredibly effective in some battles and I can't wait to level it up to max. As far as I know, Night Reaper is the only card with the Wingbreak Ability, which makes it a very special card. Night Reaper can both flying and focuses on taking down units with flying first.
Units with the Wingbreak Ability always target enemy Units with Flying first regardless of abilities or rulesets. Most importantly, they deal +2 extra damage when hitting a Flying. It is the easiest way to destroy the flyers earlier.
In short, Units with the Wingbreak Ability always target enemy Units with Flying first, even if they are in the first position, and after enemy Units with Flying are killed and will target other enemies as normal.
Wingbreak Ability is very useful in certain battles, especially if the opposing team has Units with the Flying Ability. In battles with the Earthquake ruleset, many players, including myself, add Units with the Flying Ability to their team, so it can be incredibly useful in this ruleset. It can also be very useful in disrupting the opponents' strategy, as it is not easy to take precautions counter the Wingbreak Ability. When used with a good strategy, Wingbreak Ability can be incredibly effective in battles and can even help defeat the strongest opponents.
Let's examine two battles that I think will be a good example of some of what I said above.
Since the battle has the Earthquake ruleset, I knew that Night Reaper would be very effective in this battle, so I added it to my team without hesitation. Also, the battle has the Briar Patch Ruleset so it wouldn't make sense to use Melee Attackers in this battle so I put Night Reaper in the last position thinking that the opposing team wouldn't have any Melee Attackers with Sneak Ability. It was very important for the Night Reaper to survive so I put it in last position and it would attack to take down flying enemies earlier. I also included Snare Ability in my lineup because when Snare Ability hits Units with Flying ability, removes the flying ability and cannot miss.
The opposing player's team was really powerful and almost all of their cards were at max level. However, Night Reaper was on my team to ruin all the plans of the opposing player, and it did, making it easier to destroy enemies with the Flying Ability.
The battle lasted only 3 rounds and at the end of the battle, while all Units on the opposing team were destroyed, only Venari Marksrat was destroyed from my team, which was already part of my strategy. My team won the battle very easily against a powerful team, which shows that my strategy worked well in this battle. Chaos Dragon was also very effective in this battle, so I attach great importance to adding Chaos Dragon to my team in such battles. I recommend watching the battle so you can see how useful the Wingbreak Ability is in this type of battle.
Wingbreak Ability can be very effective in battles with Explosive ruleset when the opposing team has Units with Flying Ability, so I wanted to share this battle.
In this battle, to be honest, the opposing player's strategy was pretty good and if I hadn't added Night Reaper to my team, it would have been very difficult for me to win this battle, I might have even lost the battle, but that's exactly why Night Reaper was on my team.
Instead of targeting Wave Brood with Taunt Ability, Night Reaper targeted Runemancer Kye with Flying Ability first, which completely ruined the opposing player's plans.
Night Reaper attacked Runemancer Kye in the first two rounds, destroying it while also damaging units adjacent to it. It's noteworthy that Wave Brood is still alive, but since the opposing team has no more units with flying, the Night Reaper will now attack as normal, meaning it will now target according to the ruleset.
The battle lasted 4 rounds and at the end of the battle, all Units on the opposing team were destroyed while 5 Units on my team were still alive. all the Monsters on my team did great and my strategies worked pretty well. Also, Wingbreak Ability was very useful in this battle. I recommend you watch the battle, and see how useful the Windbreaker Ability can be in this type of battles as well.
I really like the Wingbreak Ability and when used with good strategy they can be very effective in certain battles, the battles above being an example of this. I hope that new Cards with the Wingbreak Ability will be added to Splinterlands in the future, and I think I will definitely add them to my deck. My goal in this post was to explain how useful the Wingbreak Ability is in certain battles, I hope I was able to do this and that it will be useful for you.
If you have any questions about abilities, rulesets, the battle above, and Splinterlands, please feel free to ask and I'll be happy to answer them.
If you haven't joined this fascinating world yet, I think you're missing out and I highly recommend you consider joining Splinterlands.
