Splinterlands is probably going through a very smooth transition in its tenure. It seems like on every other week the team has something to offer. The team did said in the past, that there are much more to come which the community is not expecting nor they know what the team is going to deliver. We just have to sit back and enjoy what is going on and what surprises are to arrive to us via the team.
In recent times, there are two events which are currently going on in Splinterlands. The much awaited Yaba's Pickle card is up for grab. Also, there is another edition of card which is out in Splinterlands for players to grab. I am talking about Tasoshi Drakamoto. It is one of the exclusive cards which Splinterlands players can get their hands on by only using VOUCHERS.
Tasoshi Drakamoto
It is Epic, Promo card of Fire splinter. At max level it unfold 3 magic attacks. To unleash its full abilities in the battlefield, Tashoshi would need 46 cards in total to be combined. Which will unleash 3 magic attack in the field. Along with SNEAK ability, enhancing its power with the ability of STUN. Tashoshi would also help all the melee attack monsters with its inspire ability, giving all the melee friendly monsters with +1 melee attack. Do not forget about the Spite ability which will eventually have an additional impact in the battle field.
How can you obtain Tasoshi Drakamoto?
There is only a single way to obtain Tasoshi Drakamoto. That is, if you solely use VOUCHERS as payment method. 250 Vouchers are needed to get your hands on a single BCX card of this exclusive card. If you are looking to purchase a max level card of TASHOSHI DRAKAMOTO, you are likely to spend 11,500 vouchers. Which at current market price of vouchers would be around 358,798 DEC.
There are multiple ways to get hands on Vouchers! The very first and easiest way is via staking SPS and you get vouchers as rewards. Which preciseley means, the more SPS you have staked the more vouchers you are going to get. The next visible option is buying the Vouchers from the market. For instance there is HIVE_ENGINE, where you can put up your buy order and wait until it gets filled up by someone. On the other hand if you are just as impatient as I am you can check out the Voucher HUB options. You can directly buy using DEC as payment and as get your hands as many vouchers as you want. As simple as that.
TLDR : This sale would keep on running for 90 days and after that this card will no longer be available to purchase. Unless you can make it to the next two types of Tashoshi. The very first type is the GOLD Foil version and the next one is Black Foil. Getting hands on these two types of card is going to be extremely difficult.

Gold Foil Fortune Draw Starts: August 12th
Only 10 Gold Foil Arcane Tasoshi cards will be distributed — one per day Each Fortune Draw event runs exclusively for 24 hours, with the next event commencing 25 hours after the previous one begins — ensuring a one-hour interval between events.
Black Foil Auction Begins: August 26th
There will be Only 5 Black Foil Arcane Tasoshi cards exist. Since there are 5 auctions it will commence on a daily basis and each auction will last for 25 hours. The very last one would get the lowest mint number. Which is probably going to be the best auction to look out for in case you are wondering which of them is going to be interesting!
VOUCHER : One of the most undervalued token of Splinterlands. I suppose people who are getting their hands on vouchers they are accumulating for scenarios such as this. Having some limited edition cards to themselves would eventually come in handy in the long run. I suppose giving utility to tokens such as Vouchers would eventually come in handy.
So I suppose, this is going to be extremely witty and people will try getting their hands on the limited edition GF and Black Foil card. I personally looking am to those two editions.
