Yesterday, I published a post about Stake House Den in which I shared the purchase and opening of 20 LUDYLUCK packs.

I made this purchase to increase my daily Hot Sauce production so that I would be ready when the reward system became active.

The wait is over because today the Arcade Colony team announced on Discord the activation of the Stake House Den reward system.

In this post, I share:

  • the optimization of my Hot Sauce production
  • my first gaming experience on the first day of the reward system activation
  • my first rewards

The first thing I did after reading the announcement of the reward system activation was to go to the Refrigerator section to increase my Hot Sauce production.

In fact, to play on Stake House Den, you need to have a certain amount of Hot Sauce, an in-game item that is produced by staking NFTs in combination with staking SCRIPT tokens (2 SCRIPT for each NFT staked). Hot Sauce is generated over time and cannot be purchased or transferred.

Before my last purchase of 20 LadyLuck packs, I was producing 132 Hot Sauce per day with 70 SCRIPT staked and 35 cards staked.

Today I tried to optimize my Hot Sauce production:

  • I went to the Refrigerator section and unstaked all my common, rare, and epic cards
  • I left only my two legendary cards staked:
    • 1 Level 2 Joker consisting of 5 NFTs (I'm only missing one NFT to combine to reach Level 3)
    • 1 Gold Foil Joker

I unstaked my common, rare, and epic cards because I hadn't yet combined the cards I found in the last 20 packs I purchased, and having all the cards unstaked makes selecting and choosing which cards to combine easier and faster.

If, like me, you have fewer staking slots than cards, it is important to choose carefully which cards to stake and it is also important to combine cards.

In fact, Hot Sauce production depends on the number of cards combined (Merge Count) and also depends on the level and rarity of the cards (Hot Sauce Generation Factor for the Card).

In the My Cards section, I combined some of my cards with the aim of increasing Hot Sauce production.

When you have more cards to choose from and fewer staking slots, it is important to only stake the cards that allow you to produce more Hot Sauce.

For example, I have:

  • 1 Gold Foil Ace of Diamonds (epic card) that produces 4 Hot Sauce per day and requires 2 SCRIPT staked

  • 6 copies of the Jack of Clubs (rare card) and each copy produces 2 Hot Sauce per day for a total of 12 Hot Sauce per day, but 6 copies occupy 6 staking slots = 12 SCRIPT staked.

In my case, and in a similar case where there is only one staking slot available, the best choice to produce more Hot Sauce while occupying only one staking slot is:

  • do not stake the ace of diamonds = 4 Hot Sauce per day and 1 staking slot occupied
  • first combine the six copies of the Jack of Clubs and then stake them = 15 Hot Sauce per day and 1 staking slot occupied

This was my choice, as you can see in the next images.

The Merge operation allowed me to increase the level of my jack of clubs (level 1 -> level 2) and also increase the Hot Sauce Generation Factor (2->2.5).

For this reason, my Jack of Clubs (result of the combination of 6 cards) will produce 15 Hot Sauce per day and occupy only 1 staking slot instead of producing 12 Hot Sauce per day if I had staked 6 Jacks of Clubs in six different slots.

I applied the same selection criteria to my other cards and created a spreadsheet to speed up my choices.

Now my Hot Sauce production has increased from 132 Hot Sauces per day to 268.5 Hot Sauces per day.

Today I started my gaming session with:

  • 1256.89 Hot Sauce
  • 931.01 COLONY

As I wrote in my previous posts, I don't like casino games because I prefer games like Splinterlands and Moon Karts, but I like accumulating [COLONY] tokens (https://hive-engine.com/trade/COLONY), and the fact that Hot Sauce can be generated over time makes Stake House Den different from traditional casino games.

Today I started playing BlackJack.

In my first game, I bet 10 Hot Sauce and then clicked on CONFIRM BET

Then I clicked on STAY for fear of exceeding the score of 21 = losing

The counter scored 17 points and I lost 10 Hot Sauce

From my first winning game, I received 0.014 COLONY.

With my first blackjack, I won 0.033 COLONY (I had bet 20 Hot Sauce).

After about 15 hands of play, during which I also varied my bets, I clicked on LEAVE.

To play BlackJack, I used 670 Hot Sauce and won 0.461 COLONY

I also tried Roulette.

I placed a few bets on red and black just to try out this game.

While playing, I discovered a display error because the red 7 is correctly indicated on the roulette wheel but is incorrectly indicated as black in the upper right corner.

Playing Roulette, I used 210 Hot Sauce and earned 0.26 COLONY

I also tried the Slots.

In this game, I used the Auto Spin feature

I stopped playing when I finished Hot Sauce and received the message you can read on the next screen.

To play the Slots, I used 350 Hot Sauce and won 0.058 COLONY

t took me a few minutes to play and try out the three available games, and my final results were:

  • I spent 1230 Hot Sauce
  • I earned 0.779 COLONY (0.461 + 0.26 + 0.058) = 0.00077948 SWAP.HIVE (Highest Bid Value of COLONY token)

The COLONY token earnings from the gaming activity I showed you in this post were very small, but as with Moon Karts, the biggest rewards should/could come from ranking in the Seasonal Leaderboard.

I am in 6th place in the seasonal leaderboard, but this section does not provide information on the duration of the leaderboard, unlike Moon Karts.

I asked for information about how the leaderboard works in the stakehouseden channel on the Arcade Colony Discord server, and I will have more information to share in my next post.

Even though casino games are not among my favorites, I am happy that there is a new Hive-based game with an active reward system.

As for my investment in Stake House Den, I will continue to play and generate Hot Saucin the coming days and will wait to receive the seasonal rewards to evaluate whether to continue investing in card packs or stop and focus solely on Moon Karts, which is a game more in line with my tastes.

Il Sistema di ricompense in Stake House Den è attivo!

Ieri ho pubblicato un post su Stake House Den in cui ho condiviso l'acquisto e l'apertura di 20 LUDYLUCK packs.
Ho fatto questo acquisto per aumentare la mia produzione di Hot Sauce giornaliera per trovarmi pronto quando il sistema di ricompense sarebbe stato attivato.

L'attesa è finita perchè oggi il team di Arcade Colony ha annunciato su Discord l'attivazione del sistema di ricompense di Stake House Den.

In questo post condivido:

  • l'ottimizzazione della mia produzione di Hot Sauce
  • la mia prima esperienza di gioco nel primo giorno di attivazione del sistema di ricompense
  • le mie prime ricompense

La prima operazione che ho fatto dopo aver letto l'annuncio dell'attivazione del sistema di ricompensa è stato andare nella sezione Refrigerator per aumentare la mia produzione di Hot Sauce.

Infatti per giocare su Stake House Den è necessario avere un quantitativo di Hot Sauce, un in-game item che è prodotto dallo staking degli NFT in combinazione con lo staking dei token SCRIPT (2 SCRIPT per ogni NFT staked). L'Hot Sauce è generato con il passare del tempo e non è acquistabile e non è trasferibile.

Ho spiegato in dettaglio il meccanismo che governa la produzione di Hot Sauce in due miei recenti post che puoi leggere cliccando sui due prossimi links.

Prima del mio ultimo acquisto di 20 LadyLuck packs producevo 132 Hot Sauce al giorno con 70 SCRIPT staked e 35 cards staked.

Oggi ho cercato di ottimizzare la mia produzione di Hot Sauce:

  • sono andato nella sezione Refrigerator e ho fatto l'ustaking di tutte le mie carte comuni, rare ed epiche
  • ho lasciato in staking solo le mie due carte leggendarie:
    • 1 Joker di livello 2 composto da 5 NFT (mi manca un solo NFT da combinare per raggiungere il livello 3)
    • 1 Joker Gold Foil

Ho fatto l'unstaking delle mie carte comuni, rare ed epiche perchè non avevo ancora combinato le carte che ho trovato negli ultimi 20 pacchi acquistati e avere tutte le carte unstaked rende la selezione e la scelta delle carte da combinare più semplice e veloce.

Se come me hai un numero di staking slot inferiore al numero di carte è importante scegliere con attenzione le carte da mettere in staking ed è anche importante combinare le carte.

Infatti la produzione di Hot Sauce dipende dal numero di carte combinate (Merge Count) e dipende anche dal livello e dalla rarità delle carte (Hot Sauce Generation Factor for the Card).

Nella sezione My Cards ho effettuato la combinazione di alcune mie carte con l'obiettivo di aumentare la produzione di Hot Sauce.

Quando hai più carte tra cui scegliere e un numero inferiore di staking slot è importante mettere in staking solo le carte che ti permettono di produrre più Hot Sauce.

Ad esempio io ho:

  • 1 Asso di quadri Gold Foil (carta epica) che produce 4 Hot Sauce al giorno e richiede 2 SCRIPT staked

  • 6 copie del Jack di fiori (carta rara) e ogni copia produce 2 Hot Sauce al giorno per un totale di 12 Hot Sauce al giorno ma 6 copie occupano 6 staking slot = 12 SCRIPT staked.

Nel caso in cui c'è un solo slot di staking disponibile, la scelta migliore per produrre più Hot Sauce e allo stesso tempo occupare un solo staking slot è:

  • non mettere in staking l'asso di quadri = 4 Hot Sauce al giorno e 1 staking slot occupato
  • combinare prima le sei copie del Jack di fiori e poi metterle in staking = 15 Hot Sauce al giorno e 1 staking slot occupato

Questa è stata proprio la mia scelta come puoi vedere nelle prossime immagini.

L'operazione di Merge mi ha permesso di aumentare il livello del mio jack di fiori (livello 1 -> livello 2) e di aumentare anche l'Hot Sauce Generation Factor (2->2.5).

Per questo motivo il mio Jack di Fiori (risultato della combinazione di 6 carte) produrrà 15 Hot Sauce al giorno e occuperà 1 solo staking slot invece di produrre 12 Hot Sauce al giorno se avessi messo in staking 6 Jack di fiori in sei slot diversi.

Ho applicato lo stesso criterio di scelta per le altre mie carte e ho creato un foglio di calcolo per velocizzare le mie scelte.

Adesso la mia produzione di Hot Sauce è aumentata passando da 132 Hot Sauce al giorno a 268.5 Hot Sauce al giorno.

Oggi ho iniziato la mia sessione di gioco con:

  • 1256.89 Hot Sauce
  • 931.01 COLONY

Come ho scritto nei miei precedenti post, i giochi da casinò non mi piacciono perchè preferisco i giochi come Splinterlands e Moon Karts ma mi piace accumulare i token COLONY e il fatto che l'Hot Sauce è generabile con il passare del tempo rende Stake House Den diverso dai giochi da casino tradizionali.

Oggi ho iniziato a giocare a BlackJack.

Nella mia prima partita ho puntato 10 Hot Sauce e poi ho cliccato su CONFIRM BET

Poi ho cliccato su STAY per paura di superare il punteggio di 21 = perdere

Il banco ha ottenuto un punteggio di 17 e io ho perso 10 Hot Sauce

Dalla mia prima giocata vinta ho ricevuto 0.014 COLONY.

Ho fatto qualche puntata sul rosso e sul nero giusto per provare questo gioco.

Giocando ho scoperto un errore di visualizzazione perchè il 7 rosso è indicato correttamente sulla roulette ma è indicato erroneamente come nero in alto a destra.

Giocando alla Roulette ho utilizzato 210 Hot Sauce e ho guadagnato 0.26 COLONY

Ho provato anche le Slots.

In questo gioco ho utilizzato la funzionalità Auto Spin

Ho interrotto il gioco quando ho finito l'Hot Sauce e ho ricevuto il messaggio che puoi leggere nella prossima schermata.

Il guadagno in token COLONY derivante dall'attività di gioco che ti ho mostrato in questo post è stato molto piccolo ma come su Moon Karts le maggiori ricompense dovrebbero/potrebbero arrivare dal posizionamento nella Leaderboard stagionale.

Nella leaderboard stagionale sono al 6° posto ma in questa sezione non ci sono informazioni relative alla durata della leaderboard come su Moon Karts.

Anche se i giochi da casinò non sono tra i miei giochi preferiti sono contento che ci sia un nuovo Hive-based game con il sistema di ricompense attivo.

Per quanto riguarda il mio investimento su Stake House Den nei prossimi giorni continuerò a giocare e continuerò a generare Hot Sauce e aspetterò di ricevere le ricompense stagionali per valutare se continuare ad investire nell'acquisto di pacchi di carte oppure fermarmi e focalizzarmi solo su Moon Karts che è un gioco più in linea con i miei gusti.
