235K Colony Tokens Staked: My Web3 Gaming Investment in Moonkarts

What game can offer in general? The obvious answer is going to be that a game is primarily for the fun and entertainment. That's what people have been doing since ages or maybe a few decades. Game is meant for some fun time and it is not just age restricted because now people from any age enjoy the game according to their interest. Gaming is a very big industry now and a lot of development is also happening in this market segment.

With the involvement of blockchain and cryptocurrencies gaming has gone to the next level where it is not just limited to the entertainment and fun. It has also become an instrument where we can invest and earn rewards having some monetary value in the market. Earlier gaming was only for the people who are good on the gaming but not anymore. This thought process is also changed completely because with web 3 gaming we have got the opportunity to invest on the game as an investor instead of a game player. So for a gamer this investment can be like a cherry on the cake but even if somebody is not a gamer then also the person can be part of the gaming projects through investment.

My understanding and knowledge about the web three gaming is not so vast and I'm happy to acknowledge that it is limited. But I'm trying my level best to learn as much as I can that I know is a long term process and currently I am part of two game on this hive platform. I can say that this is the area of interest that I find more interesting and I often write about these topic only. I'm not very good on the writing but on this platform learning is unlimited I can say so I am just trying to improve my writing skill while having some skin in the web three gaming. This reason I started investing on this platform and also on some of the gaming assets.

I'm happy that I have achieved some token holding in the moon cart game where colony token is a valuable component. The more colony tokens you hold in the game will get you better reward and it follows the same practise that Splinterlands game has got with its splinter shard token. I know that SPS is a governance token offering some additional benefits for the holders. But for colony I am not aware if it is working in the same fashion but that is what I am trying to learn and enhance my knowledge and understanding about this game.

COLONY TOKENS GOAL

My goal for the colony to open holding is 1 million for now and I'm trying to buy as much as possible to grow my investment on this token. At this point of time I don't know if I will increase my investment goal later but for now I think this is good enough for me. I often buy this token from the marketplace and all that I hold in the game is my investment in the game and I did not earn any reward in form of this token. This coin is valuable that I know so I am trying to buy in parts whenever it is possible for me which could be either I hold some liquid money to put into the token or the prices are low then I also have the money. This is not the only coin I am investing on because I invest on SPS and also on hive.

I will try to achieve my one million colony tokens goal this year and if I be honest then I don't want to be it until the end of 2025 whether I would be happy to make it happen before the year end. Because I'm also investing on high so the strategy I follow is diversification but I am not fully in Crypto. Some part of my investment is coming to crypto now but I still invest on the stocks because I believe that diversification is crucial and nobody should keep all the eggs in one basket.

NEW SEASON 28 STARTED

I could play for the first time in this game and that season was season 27 and the new season has started already which is going to last about 8 days and 18 hours from now. Season in this game is not so long which is like two weeks that we have in a splinter lands but I believe it is somewhere around 9 days so in this season I will try to do better than the last one. I will try to achieve some rank in the leaderboard if it is possible for me and for that purpose I will be playing more racing battle games.

I am aware that I also need to have some orbitals because there is separate leader vote for that so the more I have will get me higher on the rank which will be another focus area for me in the game in the season.

Alpha Centauri- This is the first EDITION of the card pack in the game. Currently this is sold out in the game portal but it is available for the purchase in 3rd party marketplace where the cost of pack fluctuates and it is completely depending upon the buy and sell pressure. Currently I can see that the cost of one pack is twenty high based on the seller's preferred order value.

People are buying it for 9 high so there is a big gap between the price of buy and sell and I will try to monitor it just to see if some big changes happen in the price and I can at least buy some of the packs.

My liquid holding is not much in the marketplace which I will increase if I see someone buying opportunity for the pair and I'm planning to do this because I hope that this purchase will help me improve my overall gaming that is going to empower my gaming account.
