Change your thoughts and you change your world.
Most of the outcomes we get come from our response to events. We all face the same circumstances—the economy, the government, the weather, the traffic, the road, etc.—but yet get different outcomes at the end of the day. While many complain about everything, a few others have a different response to them and definitely make positive use of every moment as an opportunity. If people get different outcomes from the same event, it shows that the event isn't the actual problem, but the individual response to the event. This only shows how our response shapes the result.

Change your thoughts and you change your world—this speaks loud. This means the number one person that has hindered your growth or made you produce a bad result isn't the government, economy, or weather, but you. To change anything, which includes your world, all you have to do is change your thoughts. As long as your thought pattern remains the same, nothing changes. You can't do the same thing and expect a different result. If anything has to change, then first you have to change your thoughts and respond differently to events.
We own our world, and it's shaped by our thoughts and responses to events around us. Whatever we are going through or have gone through, there are people who have gone through that phase and come out strong. It isn't about socioeconomic status, strength, or some sort of advantage, but our response to events. Once we change our thoughts, we automatically change what matters in our world.
