Yesterday No Longer Matters

What happened yesterday, no longer matters. Today is another day. Get back on the right track and move closer to your dreams. Yes you can do it.

A book by Canfield titled "How to go from where you are to where you want to be" changed my perspective to holding past grudges. At one point I felt people were responsible for whatever I become, and it felt comfortable sitting at one point and blaming everyone for all the wrongs that happened to me. But I was wrong, my success was sorely my responsibility and whatever happened to me afterward was 100% my blame.

What happened yesterday no longer matters if we realize the power of moving forward and staying focused. The only time our past hurts is when we fail, we try to blame something for that failure, forgetting the fact that success and failure is 100% our responsibility to take. If we keep dwelling in the past, the reason why we are where we are, then we never make an effort to change our current position. No doubt people or a certain system failed you in the past, but dwelling in it only makes you vulnerable to failure, making you lose every willpower to fight.

The good news is; it's not yet late, get back on the track and move closer to your dream. 20 years ago was probably the best time to start, however, today is the second best time to start. It's never too late until you no longer try. There's a saying that goes , life begins at 40, a belief that most of our years are experimental, so failures and multiple failures are permitted to happen. Each time picking yourself up and starting again until you achieve that goal. Yes, you can do it, all you need to do is keep behind the past, get back on the right track, move closer to your dream, and keep believing you can do it.
