Sometimes I Wish I knew Why Certain Things Happen

Sometimes, I wish I knew why certain things happen to me.

A lot of things happened and are still happening to us. Some find out the reason why they happened in the future while others are buried with time. I believe nothing happens for no reason, every event is a school to those who are keen to learn. We meet failure in our walk in life and each of these failures teaches us strength and knowledge of what wouldn't work.

Sometimes we face rejection and are faced with the toughest part of our lives. We experience a twist of expectations and a halt to every working thing in one's life. There are a few moments I have asked why me, other times I had wondered why certain things happen to me, but I am met with silence, left with my thoughts to discern the mystery behind everything that's concealed.

Sometimes I wish I knew why certain things happen to me, not because I want to change them, but because I want to appreciate everything I go through in life. The Bible says everything happens for good, but what happens if you do not know the good behind the things that happen to you?. Everyday is a testimony, but when our eyes are veiled and our knowledge limited, we are left with curses and bitterness, ignorant of the good in the bad events.

Why do bad things happen to good people? Why do evil people prosper and the good struggle? I believe there's a reason behind them and everything that happens, but we can only appreciate what we know better. Why do many things suddenly stop working?Why does nothing last forever?Why are good moments short? All these and more are questions I sometimes wish I knew why they happen. That's because, we can only appreciate life if we know why certain things happen.
