This photo captures the best part of a night at the park. This Ferris wheel at Star City (an amusement park in Pasay City, Philippines) isn't just a ride; it's a blinking, spinning light show.
Every part of it is alive with colorful lights: bright blue, green, violet, and gold chasing each other around the giant wheel. It looks like a giant spinning rainbow, a true landmark of fun and light in the middle of the park.
