Synopsis :

Mitch McDeere (Tom Cruise) is a young lawyer in Boston. He is finishing his studies at Harvard, and several renowned law firms and other financial institutions are already vying for his services.
He finally accepts the offer from the firm ‘Bendini, Lambert & Locke’ in Memphis, which seemed to want him badly, since it made an offer well above those of its competitors.
