Synopsis :
In Los Angeles, preparations are underway for the upcoming mayoral election.
Mark Kimball is running for mayor.
Tensions are rising, and the polls are being closely monitored. Mark Kimball hopes to win over the Hispanic community and secure their votes.
At home, the stress is beginning to take its toll. His wife, Abigail, seems somewhat distant. Mark knows he hasn't been around much lately and tries to make up for his absence in his son Denny's life with a few presents and by allowing him to attend the Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration, accompanied by their housekeeper Cecilia and her stepson, Hector.
Mark had bought two different costume sizes to make sure one of them would fit. As it turns out, the second costume is just the right size for Hector.
While discussing things with his wife and campaign adviser, Mark receives a disturbing phone call. At first, he thinks it's a sick joke, but he soon gets proof that this is no laughing matter.

Il croit d'abord à une blague de mauvais goût, mais il aura rapidement des preuves que ce n'est pas le cas.

It’s a good film. The election atmosphere isn’t my favourite, but it was necessary and not too overpowering.
C'est un bon film. L'ambiance des élections n'est pas celle que je préfère, mais elle était nécessaire et pas trop envahissante.
