Hidden Cravings: The Sisig from Sisigmate

We have our own biased when it comes to food. We know that food is an important one in our body and we need to eat food every day to survive for the the day.

We have our own favorite food sometimes it might a simple one but there are times that it may be an expensive one. Either way, it's a food that we can enjoy.

I told you before that my favorite viand food was the Pork Lechon but this pork lechon was very expensive to buy. Well, I only like the skin of this lechon as it is crispy and delicious.

Aside from lechon, there is also another food that I like here in the town where I work. That is the Sisig and after trying their sisig for the first time, at that time they were located at the plaza and that was their second branch. They were located near the school for their first branch.

I only knew that their store only sells at the plaza but overtime, their mini stall in the plaza has been gone because of some issues. I also didn't knew where to start to find them, if they had another store aside from the plaza.

I always went to the plaza just for one reason and that is buying the Sisig from their store but I eventually stop since there's no store that sells Sisig.

I discovered their store from one of my colleagues because I shared about the Sisig store in the Plaza that they didn't sell anymore. My colleagues were from this place and knew the places very well and they told me that they were always located near a school. They have their store there and sells sisig.

After that talking, since that was my first time hearing that they had their first physical store, I went their walking if that was true. Well, I believe them but it's better to see it than to just only hear it.

When I arrived near the school, there! I found it! The sisig store is just near the school and I always passed here whenever I went home but I didn't saw this one. I was delighted to see that it was the same seller where they were selling at the plaza.

I asked them about stuffs on why they didn't sell anymore and they said that there were some issues about their transportation. Then I bought one their sisig and when I smell it, it was the same as I smelled when I was in the plaza.

I only ordered only pack of sisig since I am the only one eating for my dinner and when I went home, I cooked rice because I knew that I will eat more tonight since I bought my favorite food.

I was satisfied on eating their Sisig as it was very delicious, yummy, and satisfying. Whenever I ate Sisig, the rice that I cooked in my very own rice cooker will be always empty.
