A Day of Blessing and Feast at Work

Before the month of September ends, there was an event in the company that I was working and that was the blessing to the new offices in the company.

New office and a new renovated office that looks aesthetic, modern, and something new that customers will say an awesome office to it.

During the last Saturday of September, we held a blessing in the company and after the blessing, we ate lunch together with all of the employees, guests, and also to the people that was invited (friends and families).

I witness myself on the blessing of the newly created office which was intended for the IT and accounting department (which was for us). Also, for the newly renovated office of the Finance department.

As early as we tap in on the biometric for the attendance, we were busy preparing for the event that will be held during lunch time. Some employees were busy with their work and there were some that were busy preparing for the lunch. I was also busy doing my work because there were lots of past logs that I needed to fix.

Then we waited for the priest to arrived and after the priest arrived, we started the blessing from the first floor to the second floor of the building of our company.

We lit up the candles that were being hand out to us while we were tailing the priest while the priest was doing some prayers into it.

After the prayers and walking around the company to get blessings, there was a small feast in the second floor of the company.

These feasts were intended for the guests, friends, families, and also to the employees. Of course, the first one to get to lunch were the guests, friends, and families while the employees were the last one to get in the line.

There were different kinds of food that were on the table like the lechon pork, chicken cordon blue, rice, desserts, and etc.

We were happy that we had eaten lunch in the company and it was one of another new experience that I've got in the company that has blessings and there's a little feasts in the company after the blessings.

I think that's normal that people will offer a small feasts after a blessing in their properties. Just I remember about a memory on our new truck before that we had a feast after a blessing.

The employees (including myself) were very happy that we didn't spend a single penny for buying food for our lunch because there was lunch at that time and it was a delicious lunch that we have eaten together with them.
