My today's post is about our simple celebration. @katsuki29 thought that we'll have a family picture this time. But my husband made his decision in showing his rough manners yesterday and new years eve.

But anyways her mother is the opposite of his son. Only me and Katsuki attend the church. Because the two had cough. My son has a dry cough neither. On the way home Katsuki told me that her grandmother is going to give us food. She was always like that specially when she knows her son wasted his money on inappropriate things. My brother in law gave me 500.00 pesos it was for the kids but I spent it on fruits.

We have a local tradition; we usually were red clothes in new years eve. Or sometimes according to the color of the next year. Grandma told us to wear a cloth that has circles print on it. 12-13 kind of round fruits. Prosperity bowl; contains of Rice, 12 eggs, cotton, 12 bay leaf, 12 cold coin, 8 real coins, 5 pieces paper money and 168.00 real money put it inside the am Pao. Put this all in a big bowl. The first image is the example of a right prosperity bowl. I made my own version but there are missing details. I know it will be fine, it will understand our situation. I also believe that don't defend yourself in lucky charms. All things are possible with luck and hardwork.

Consist of boiled and grilled pork. Slice cucumber, fine chopped garlic, onion, ginger, vinegar, ground pepper, chili and seasoning. This is a good pair with beer.

Marinated Pork

We fall asleep and hubby woked up at 22:30 I thought that his already in a good mood. Good thing he already grilled the pork. We ate and watch a beautiful fireworks. If the school wasn't built there we can surely watch it clearly. Our sorroundings turned Foggy that night. We really enjoyed watching the fireworks the sky was very colorful. May we all a blessed, bountiful, prosperous happy new year.
