Fishing Equipment And Soup Fish with Calamansi

Tomorrow, my husband will be home and will likely go fishing again. I told him to have some sleep before shooting fish. But I'm sure he'll ignore me since he's excited to be back home. Two days before his day off, he'll call to remind about his fishing gear. His gun needs to be loaded with a lot of air. His bullet needs to be sharp, his fishing rod needs to be tough so when he pulls the fish it will not be able to escape.

While my son took pictures of the air tank while being refilled, my husband explained that a large block of ice is used to it. So it will really take a lot of time waiting for the tank to be filled.

Before my husband comes home, I practice cooking his favorite dish. Since we have a lot of fishes I want my dish to taste like his mine.

Ingredients

Fresh Tilapia
Fresh Kang-Kong leaves
3 Tomatoes
1 Large Onions
Ginger
9-11 pieces of calamansi
Fish sauce
Water
Seasoning
I also add one piece of red chili

Wash and cut the ingredients, in a casserole add two cups of water. I was wrong to put the ingredients with the fish. For picture purposes only! Add the onion, ginger, tomatoes, fish sauce and chili. Cover and let it boil. Now add the fish, seasoning and calamansi extract, cover and boil for three minutes. Add the Kang-Kong leaves and boil for two minutes. Adjust according to taste desire. Instead of tamarind I use calamansi, the taste is different. It quickly removes the fishy taste. My kids told me it was delicious, but it's a bit different from their father recipe. But we enjoyed our lunch together and hope my husband will also like it when I cooked it again.
