Greetings everyone from my country Philippines, I just woked up and edit some of my photos because I want to submit my entry in sir @justinparke's community challenge #46. But before that I want to thank again the generous @asean.hive and sir @justinparke for choosing me as the hiver of the week. Sir please read my comment below ☺️☺️
And now let's proceed to my simple dish made possible by the ingredients that I have in my kitchen.
1/2 pasta
5 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1/4 hotdog
250 grams chesse
Pork cubes
2 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoon fish sauce
900 grams Spaghetti sauce
Seasoning
Pepper to taste
Cooking oil
Salt
water
Boil the pasta until tender add some salt and cooking oil, so that the pasta does not stick together. Drain the water and set aside. Now heat the pan pour cooking oil, saute the garlic onion hotdogs add some fish sauce. Mixed until it caramelized, now add the spaghetti sauce, ketchup, 1/4 water, pepper, broth cubes, seasoning, sugar and the 450 grams of chesse.
Why I called this a meatless spaghetti? I know you are all familiar how delicious a pasta can be. An original spaghetti has ground meat, carrots and red bell pepper sometimes even mushroom. But what I made above was just according to my budget and my capacity. What important is the taste and put some techniques to make it more special. Would you believe that this recipe was my also my first time to cooked a spaghetti. And the results was great my kids loved it
Thank you so much for dropping by, hope to see you again in my next blog.

Lovely, thanks for joining. Here in Cambodia there is a local way to make spaghetti, even pizza too. There are even a few chains of pizza restaurants catering to Cambodian tastes, and Khmer spaghetti is a bit similar to yours. Thank you sharing this tempting dish with us, and once again it was my pleasure to highlight you as ASEAN Hiver of the Week.
