ASEAN Hive Community Challenge #138 My Fitness Routine

Day 365/365 sir @justinparke final community challenge for this year is a real challenge for a delicious eater like me. Christmas holidays is time were feast is full on our tables. Special recipes will sure came out from the locked diaries. I need to impress my mother-in-law with that. But after consuming a lot of treats I will surely need a lot of dissolving exercise.

What keeps me healthy and fit with four kids plus a naughty husband lol 🤣. Of course the stress and problems that they gave to me. But honestly, I'm proud of my genes for having a medium frame body. Some of my friends are struggling to loss or gain weight. They eat a lot but there body remains the same while others eat a little but they gained too much. In that point you'll probably questioned your self did I missed a healthy diet or exercise? Am I stress? The answers is probably Yes

Maintening a well fit body doesn't mean that you need to be sexy or musclinem. It means to be healthy and immune to sickness. And how is it works.

7-8 hours of sleep

For a sleepy head like me it's very easy 😜. Being tired by the whole day makes me fast asleep at night.

Drinking 8-10 glasses of water or more

After I gave birth to my last child via cesarean with tubal ligation. I experience the worst me of my life.. I gained weight after being ligated by I've almost had a mild stroke. My blood pressure raise to 160/140. I was so dizzy that I vomited. My aunt told me to loose weight, but I was not fat. My body was like the present me now, I also breastfeed Ria that time. I lessen my rice intake and everything. Then I loss weight but I also loss my appetite that I turned so thin. My neighbors asked if I were I'll because I was thin. My husband pity he bought me a medicine. But this time I learned a technique; drink water after waking up in the morning. Before eating and before taking a bath. The image below is me 2020 to 2023.

Eat everything appropriately

Let every food be a lesson, we need to eat but containing too much be harmful to our body. If possible vegetables and fruits are the best.

For the upcoming New Year 2025 may we have a healthy, bountiful, blessed, prosperous, blessed year. Enjoy life to the fullest because we only live once...
