Lunch at Thai Express

One of popular thing in Thailand was foods. I found the taste of their food was suited to my taste . It was so delicious and tasty , yet it was cheap . At least cheaper compare to the same food in my country.

Last weekend , me and my wife went to Thai Express which was located inside the KOMTAR shopping mall complex in Johor. After we finish buying all of our shopping list , we went to this restaurant which located at the 3rd floor and the building and you can see it when you come from the flyover connecting walkway.

Since it was still early morning , there was not much people inside the restaurant. My first impression was that they have clean and creative decoration (at least with the elephant decoration). Then my though it ll be expensive , the fact that Singaporean is willing to spend their money as long it delicious .

This is the view of the other side inside the restaurant. I can see some visitor also start choosing their food from the menu provided.

After taking few minutes looking at the menu , i end up ordering the 5105 : Chicken in Green Curry Rice. My first plan was actually to order the Kueh Teow because i was craving with it. Too bad i didnt choose that menu but still happy ending because my wife ordered for herselves. Yeay , at least i can kidnap some noodles from her just to taste it. This is summary of our order.

After waiting for few minutes , our food was come (thanks to those people who hasnt come there so this place looked less busy)

The taste was nice and i would recomended it for you. Here come my wife order of Kueh Teow. The spices look delicous but i dont dare to take much of it .

Here was another additional smoked ( i think so) chcken . I would recomend it to you also , but it was much expensive which was a red flag personally for me .

After taste the food , i can consider to give star for it taste which was 4 over 5 from me . Its not full mark but i guess you can come and taste it yourselves if you visiting my country in future.

At the end , we spend more than MYR 90 ++ for those food. Well , it still consider cheap because after all the price added up it still only cost around sg 30 .
