This is the same day like the last post but the other place. And this place is about 40 minutes away from where I was post before. This is a Thmor Da Toch waterfall, (Toch) it mean small. And it has another waterfall is called Thmor Da Thom, (Thom) it mean big.
We just visited over there and for Thmor Da Thom we did not go because we donโt know where and we have the short time to came back home too. I used to hear from the people that, Thmor Da Thom is a bigger waterfall and the some time they saw crocodile there too.
Cambodians have to pay 25 cents and foreign people have to pay $1 to visit this place. They say it is used for the staff who clean the place and other things.
But my husband wonders why there are two different values. This is an answer that I find difficult to answer and do not know why. But I think in my own mind that perhaps most of the local people are poor and their homeland. And foreigners have better jobs and salaries than Cambodians. But this is just my opinion, there may be other reasons.
There are many small bungalows here for guests who want to order food and eat here. And if we order their food, we can sit down to eat or relax for free. They only pay for the food. But if we just want to relax or eat ourselves, they will charge for the bungalow.
That's why people who pack food like to eat on the rocks near the water. It looks more enjoyable than sitting where you have to pay.
The water is very clean and cool! And here it is far from other tourists and our family likes to play in the water with two other people.
The waterfall is long, so it is convenient if we like to be quiet as a family.
My husband happy to look his daughters playing the water. He wants to take care of them if there is any problem because some places have slippery rocks that are easy to fall.
This place I was scared for a moment because she wanted to carry her sister and she stood up. I let her put Monkey-B down because it is very dangerous to play like this in the place like that.
After I played the water I would love to took pictures of beautiful butterflies and my husband wanted to followed me but he didnโt have much pictures of them like me lol. There are so many different butterflies and other insects everywhere around us, I feel I lived in heaven with natural. I donโt want to come back until my husband called me back. He said he wanted to visit Thai border before we go to Pramoay.
I have more pictures of butterflies and dragonflies but didnโt to show you all in this post. I will share with you all soon.
I'm fascinated by water in small caves like this and this place has so much like this. I hope you enjoyed it.
the scenery is very beautiful, the waterfall looks very clear, of course the atmosphere is very peaceful there, traveling with your beloved family is the most fun thing,
I'll be waiting for what you say in this post, you have a lot of pictures of dragonflies and pictures of butterflies, it's definitely fun for later..
Yes, we have a lot of fun in those days! I will to share it with you soon. Thank you so much for your nice comment and support me. Have a great day.
This is such a beautiful place. I would love to be here and I don't mind paying that $1.
I agree. We have similar entrance fee structures here. And I think you are right. If foreigners can afford to travel to our country they certainly can afford to pay extra and the fact is their money has greater value here, which means they have bigger purchasing power than the locals.
Cheers!!! Yes, for people who fly to other countries, it means that they have a decent living and not a problem for $ 1. Thank you for your good feedback. Have a nice weekend.
I feel very familiar looking at the pictures. It's not because I visited it, but it has terrain, plants, water colors, rocks that are quite similar to where I live. Central Vietnam where there are many waterfalls and streams in the giant Truong Son mountain range.
I used see some pictures of Vietnam from my friends too, itโs beautiful country and I hope I could visit one day. Thank you for stopping by.
What a wonderful spot, really the water currents seemed quite attractive to me. The opportunity to travel in such an environment means the opportunity to refresh yourself more. This is a great place
Yes, we are really refresh with nature and we hope come back soon. Thank you so much for your kind words.
It is common to charge two different rates for foreigners and locals. This is also practiced in Borneo. This looks like a nice place to take a swim.
Yes, I think so, but my husband thinks differently. Itโs really nice for relax and swim. Have a wonderful day.
That is amazing water with clean water. I hope your government can preserve the forest above the river because once the forest is cut down, you can not see such amazing clear water anymore.
I think every day there is still illegal logging because of corruption. I just hope they stop deforestation soon. Thank you for your comment. Have a great weekend.
Wow it's amazing I'm very happy to see the sights and fun of your family like that in togetherness
Many thanks for the stopping by.
