I want to tell you a little bit about the trip that my family and I took a week ago. I will also tell you how the trip go.
A few weeks ago my family and I went to Pailin to renew my dad's visa. We actually thought on taking the motorbike there but I wasn't confident enough to drive there, so we took the tuk-tuk instead. So it was about a 3 to 4 hours drive there from Pramaoy, it would be faster if you take the car or motorbike. A lot of people say it only took them 2 hours to drive to Pailin with a car.
On our way there we stop once for a picnic just outside of Pramaoy at some random people's farm. To bad they plant casavas and corn, they were just tilling the dirt at the time. My mom also left an empty can for them since she said farmers likes empty tin can a lot. So we left it there for them.
When we go to Pailin we use a road that is not the main road to travel, it wasn't a highway. It was just a dirt road and that is probably why it took us 4 hours to get there. When we go there it didn't rain, and only rain a little when we were almost there. It rain for about 20 minutes and it was just a light rain.
So when we reach there it was evening and a lot of people starts to sell like evening snacks and food. So we drove around a little to see if we could find a guesthouse to stay in and also to see if we could find anything to eat. The thing is we decide to stay in the same guesthouse that we stayed at before. Except this time we gave us a not so good room for the price, so we only stay for a night.
For dinner at the time we decide to just eat some noodles that we bought on the way. After 1 night of not so good sleep we left to the border, my dad go trough the border alone this time. It would be faster for him to go by himself than with the rest of us, and he stop by at seven-eleven and about some snacks. After he finishes everything we ate some breakfast and hit the road to Battambang.
Eventful outing with the family going down, nice scenery along the way.
It is indeed and the scenery is quite nice. Have a great day.
